Daniel Bernd
Daniel Bernd has over 30 years of experience in real estate, finance, and construction. Before co-founding Atlantic Bay Partners, he held senior roles at Gazit-Globe, BNP Paribas, and Pitcairn Properties, managing over $5 billion in projects across the Americas. Based in Miami, he leads ABP’s sourcing and structuring, combining institutional discipline with entrepreneurial agility.
Daniel holds an MBA from Wharton, engineering degrees from Clemson and NC State, and executive education from Harvard. His expertise bridges capital markets and development, ensuring ABP’s investments are grounded in financial rigor, strategic alignment, and real-world execution.
Ronaldo Fagundes
Ronaldo Fagundes is a serial entrepreneur and real estate investor with over two decades of experience. He founded Foxter, one of Brazil’s leading real estate brokerage firms, while still in college, and later built Prime Vacation, a hospitality company with nationwide operations.
A civil engineer (UFRGS) with MBAs from FGV and FIU focused on real estate investment and development, Ronaldo is a member of YPO. After completing his FIU MBA, he joined Atlantic Bay Partners, bringing together his entrepreneurial background, institutional mindset, and long-standing relationships with Latin American investors.
