Sites should allow as-of-right development or be amenable to rezoning for more than 150 residential units. The site should be larger than 1.5 acres to accommodate the project scale. Proximity to urban amenities, employment centers, transportation hubs, and lifestyle conveniences to cater to the needs of the target demographics is preferred.
